BUILD AGREEMENT

Purnell Homes, along with Bradbar Ltd are offering potential home buyers the unique opportunity to do a build agreement at Emmanuel Court.

How it works –

You have the opportunity to build your own home without the stress. You will be able to put your own stamp on your dream home and work with a professional local company who will guide you through all stages of the build. This allows you to be part of your future of your home, bespoke it and pay in stage payments.

You purchase the plot off Purnell Homes for £300,000.00

You will then pay the cost of the build to Bradbar ltd in stage payments.

The build will take up to 12 months to complete.

Stage payments are:- *

  • Slab and serviced plot (already completed) £45,000.00 due upon purchase of plot
  • Stage payment 1 £100,000.00 3 months after purchase
  • Stage payment 2 £100,000.00 6 months after purchase
  • Stage payment 3 £100,000.00 9 months after purchase
  • Stage payment 4 £100,000.00 upon completion. (Approx 12 months)
